Originally from Colorado, Jared Warren arrived on St John in the Virgin Islands in 1999 as a biologist. While still fascinated with the natural world, he soon realized the need for his expertise on island and left marine biology to focus on his family background in Real Estate, marketing, Construction Management and Building Inspection. Years later he has established himself as a diversely talented professional in many fields and a committed member of the community. As a licensed Real Estate Broker and owner of Unique Island Assets, an expert in marketing, a licensed commercial 100 ton captain, and an artist and musician, Jared has enjoyed tremendous success on island combining his multitude of skill sets to Create the most comprehensive Real Estate Brokerage.
Besides simply selling homes, land, condos and commercial property, Jared coupled his experience in Real Estate with his roots in Property Management and has continued to carefully grow UNIQUE ISLAND ASSETS and St John Homes and Villas. Born and raised in Southern California, Keri first visited St. John while on vacation in 1991. The moment she stepped off the plane, she knew that she would one day call the Caribbean ‘home’. She found a tremendous amount of satisfaction as a marriage and family therapist and divorce mediator, but the stresses of stateside life prompted her to fast-forward her move to an island.
After traveling to a different island every year, St. John remained at the top of her list. In 2016, she sold her home and most of her belongings, bought a one-way ticket and a home on Bordeaux Mountain, and boarded a plane with her three dogs.
Keri’s goal is to be of service to anyone who dreams of visiting St. John, to help them experience first-hand the unparalleled beauty, pristine white sand beaches, restorative tranquility in our waters, and the soul of our island. The joy she receives from those who share her adoration and appreciation for St. John - whether as first-time guests, or those who consider St. John their second home - is her biggest reward.
In her free time, Keri takes advantage of the scuba diving, snorkeling, and boating opportunities the island has to offer. She is also active in animal welfare and rescue, and is in the process of building a new home in the quiet neighborhood of Quaco and Zimmerman.
