On the main level, a native stone entry leads to the spacious upper level deck with shaded comfortable living areas. The nautical feel great room and kitchen are ideal for entertaining, with arched Mahogany doors and windows streaming in the views from all sides. A full bath powder room off of the kitchen and the “captains desk” complete with porthole windows gives space for those that need a remote work space. AC in each room throughout the property.

On the great room level, the first master bedroom has an en-suite bath featuring an outdoor shower and new AC. Downstairs, enjoy even more outdoor living with views of Coral Bay from the deep-water pool and 2nd outdoor living room. A small pool kitchen on the lower level adds a simple quality of life feature that makes days easy. The 2nd master bedroom features a king bed, new AC, a screened in porch next to the pool and a grotto shower in the en-suite bath. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms both have AC and share a bathroom.

“This is a beautiful property with four large, comfortable bedrooms, outdoor showers, a good sized pool (maybe 10x20) and two levels of decks overlooking Coral Bay. The kitchen was very well equipped with a Viking stove and two fridges available. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes to cook. Equipped with towels and beach chairs too. Roads are very steep so be prepared! We really enjoyed our week and hope to come back!”

The construction next door was a little less than excellent to wake up to (it’s worth knowing it is RIGHT next door) but only seemed to be from like 7A-mid afternoon on weekdays. The host and concierge were very communicative and helpful! Everything about the property was amazing. This is our fourth AirBNB on the island and *absolutely* our favorite. It’s super well appointed, the bathrooms are all beautiful, the kitchen was amazing (and these being all inside spots, not even the best parts at all!) we wanted to stay forever!!”

“We had an amazing stay here at Tropical Manor. The 8 of us, ages 8-75, were very comfortable. The home is clean, gorgeous. The AC was very appreciated. No power issues. We had an issue with water on one day and the management responded immediately, issue resolved very quickly. There is some construction next door but we didn’t mind it at all, we were out at the beaches during most of their work days. The road in and driveway to the house is steep, but you get used to it driving around STJ. The house has beach chairs, coolers, well stocked kitchen. The concierge responds quickly with any recommendations. We loved this house and stay and would definitely stay here again.”

“The property was stunning! It was VERY clean… we had everything we needed and more! We didn’t cook a lot at the house, but had we wanted to, the kitchen was stocked with everything….dish sets, silverware, great pots/pans… and more. We always bring towels… but I actually didn’t need to at this house. They had very nice beach towels in the each room and ice packs/coolers/chairs there for us to use for the beach.We also used the washer and dryer and they had laundry detergent there for us too! It was great!I would go back to this property in a heartbeat!!!”

“This property worked out great for my family and guests. Everyone had their own bedrooms and had separate baths. The kitchen had everything we needed.Although there were power outages while we were there, they didn't really effect us. This is a great house for up to 4 couples”

“Beautiful house with amazing views of Coral bay and surrounding mountains. Kitchen/ great room was freshly remodeled. Good blend of indoor and outdoor living spaces. Masonry and tile work was exceptional. Privacy and views were excellent and all beds were comfortable. Coral Bay was laid back and fun and Rhumb Lines restaurant was excellent and nearby. We tried a different beach every day and enjoyed hiking and exploring the island. Only negative was driving to and around Cruz Bay - the parking there was difficult.”

“Tropical Manor is a beautiful villa with wonderful views. There is so much outdoor space with a dining table that can easily seat 12+ people, 2 sitting areas, one upstairs and one downstairs by the pool. We spent the majority of our time outside. We also loved having the kitchen and living area separate from the bedrooms. It gave everyone privacy and we didn't have to worry making noise in the morning or night. Very clean, well decorated and functional villa. We would definitely stay here again.”
