The private stunning St John Vacation retreat is ideal for two couples or small families with en-suite baths, a full cooks kitchen and a great pool surrounded by a coral stone deck. This location is one of the closest to the amazing Virgin Islands National Park with Maho Bay only 5 minutes away. The shady lower porch has two hanging chairs for reading and relaxing and the gas grill is ready next to the hammock for the perfect afternoon hangout.

It’s known for its iconic view, but despite the name, there is more to it. Soft travertine floors, tasteful furnishings, premium linens, fast WIFI, washer and dryer, AC in the bedrooms, private pool, beach towels and chairs provided and satellite TV.

Villa set up was awesome for our 2 couples and very clean. Jared and his crew took care of a couple of minor issues promptly (got us hooked up with new tv for the Super Bowl). First time on the mellower side of the island but had easy access to beaches and Coral Bay. Cooked in fresh fish from Calabash Market 3 nights and enjoyed Rhumb Lines, Skinny Legs, Shambles and Eketa's. [...] If you like the mellow side this IS the spot!!”

February 2024“It’s St John; how can anything ever be less than spectacular? The house was exactly as pictured. Breathtaking views of Coral Bay and Bordeaux Mountain. Pool was relaxing and the outdoor shower was refreshing. The check in/check out process was easy and property manager was helpful and always available. The property worked well for 4 adults. June 2023“My family of 4 had the perfect stay at this beautiful villa! All About the View had everything we needed for our vacation. The views are incredible along with the constant breeze. Maho is only 8 minutes away while Trunk Bay/Cruz Bay is a short 15-20 minute Jeep ride. We slept very well which is not common on vacations. [...] The grill was perfect for hamburgers/hotdogs and the kitchen was well stocked. My wife and I both agreed that the morning coffee was exceptional while changing up our morning view every day. The pool was refreshing after a long beach day and the swinging hammocks added an extra touch. Jared's team did a great job communicating and we had a very smooth check-in. [...]. Overall, we could not have asked for a better family friendly villa!”

“Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at All About the View. The pictures don’t do the views justice. They are spectacular. I think we spent 90% of our time there on the porch looking at beautiful Coral Bay. We have stayed in Cruz Bay before and wanted to try a different part of the island. We loved this location in that it’s quiet and peaceful but also still easy to get to both East and West ends. A little bit of a drive (15 min) to get to dinners in Cruz but we embraced driving the jeep on the windy roads with windows down. Really close to north shore beaches and Reef Bay Trail. Layout is great- comfortable, has everything you would need. We loved the outdoor shower and the bathroom off the pool. Note: the second bedroom is detached from main house if you have really small children that may get scared- but great for older children or 2 couples that want privacy. We hope to be back for sure and will miss the VIEWS!!! Hosts communication awesome.”

“This villa is conveniently located and absolutely perfect for 2 couples. It has many amenities and is a stunning villa. The pictures are very good. The furniture is well kept and nice.
