“Our family of 4 stayed at Cliffhanger the last week of June and are still pinching ourselves. The views at this house are off the charts. While the pictures they post are what sold us, you really need to see the views with your own eyes. The two story deck has views from every angle and lots of outside nooks for lounging, reading. House was gorgeous inside and out. Beautifully decorated, they thought of every detail. The stairs down to the water were also way cooler than we were expecting. A couple things worth noting for families, downstairs bedrooms are only connected by outside stairs (this was fine for us since our kids are 10 & 13). Also, stairs leading down to water are also steep but super cool feature that makes this house even more unique! We can't wait to go back!”

“We have stayed at Cliffhanger several years now. Some years by ourselves, last year with our daughter’s family. This year with our son’s family. The children ranged in age from 5-10. The house worked out beautifully with everyone. It is a beautiful, well kept home on an absolutely gorgeous setting. Wonderful view of Coral Bay. It is a very comfortable home. Lovely kitchen to work in and the outdoor dining is great. Jared does a great job in assisting with any questions. We are scheduled in again! Beautiful vacation.”

“The entire time we were at Cliffhanger, we kept saying, "Aren't we lucky to have found this place?" It was perfectly suited to our family of six. Everyone had their own space, each with an unforgettable view. We danced on the deck in the moonlight, watched the turtles and rays from the deck, and took full advantage of the hammock and chair swings. If we could have stayed longer, we would have! The team is incredibly responsive and thought of everything to make our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend.”

“Our family loved Cliffhanger! The views are even better than the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked, and we preferred eating on the back porch versus a restaurant. The porch swings were very relaxing, and since the house faced north you didn’t receive direct sun on the deck in the morning or afternoon. Jared, Keri, and Claire took amazing care of us and answered every question. You couldn’t ask for a better vacation!”

“My family stayed at Jared’s place for a week and we had the best time. The outdoor space at the villa is spacious, well-appointed, and relaxing with gorgeous views of Coral Bay. We ate breakfast outside every morning (while watching sea turtles swim in the bay) and loved sitting in the hammocks. The kitchen is also well-stocked and had everything we needed for making meals. We also enjoyed the small touches like beach chairs and towels for use. Jared et al. were incredibly helpful with setting up sailing and kayak/snorkel trips and helping us get oriented to the area. We would absolutely stay here again!”
